Job summary

You will ensure accurate, timely AP activities, resolve issues, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance and strong relationships with internal partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in P2P or shared services environments.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee AP and Travel & Expense processes, acting as a reference for process-related issues and KPI achievement.
• Process and validate supplier invoices within service levels, resolving issues and ensuring policy compliance.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and employee travel and expense reports with verification and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with business partners and vendors to maintain professional relationships.
• Prepare, review, and interpret analytic reports and accounting schedules to support decision-making.
• Identify recurring issues or risks and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Address and resolve vendor and internal queries related to invoices and escalate when necessary.
