Job summary

Qualifications

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience as an Invoice to Pay Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and accounting principles.
• Polish language skills are an asset.
• Experience working with SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Posting of purchase invoices in accordance with the accounting standards.
• Handle exceptions and manually process invoices when automation cannot be applied.
• Monitoring payment deadlines and controlling the execution of payments.
• Replying to internal and external queries within agreed SLAs.
• Performing internal controls (including SOX) and audit requirements.
• Cooperate with internal teams (e.g. Procurement, Accounting, Support) to ensure smooth AP operations.
• Identify and report recurring issues or improvement opportunities in AP processes.
