Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of total experience in BI/Data Analytics
• SQL and ETL/DW concepts; R or Python is a plus
• Advanced BI reporting skills to design, build and deliver clear dashboards
• Data visualization using BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Data quality management with validation rules, metrics and controls
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to model conceptual, logical and physical data structures
• Experience with agile delivery frameworks is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Build Power BI reports and enhance existing ones, including new features and bug fixes
• Translate raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations
• Collaborate with business partners to capture and refine reporting needs into BRDs and user stories
• Scope work, estimate effort, and sequence deliverables per priorities
• Tune SQL queries, DAX measures, Power Query steps, and semantic models to improve refresh times
• Collaborate with business, IT, and analytics teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value
• Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals with performance management
