Job summary

Insightland is seeking a Power BI analyst with a consulting and PM mindset to design, build, and deploy a reporting ecosystem from scratch for a Wrocław-based client. You will lead client meetings, map needs, and advise on KPI selection, while coordinating implementation and ensuring data accuracy across sources.

Fluent Polish and English are required, with experience presenting to business stakeholders and delivering polished dashboards. Hybrid or remote work is offered after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with Power BI report and dashboard development.
• Experience working directly with business clients and frequent updates.
• PM skills to independently organize project phases and delivery.
• Fluent in Polish and English for clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and deploying Power BI reporting architecture from scratch for an external client.
• Leading client meetings, mapping needs, and advising on KPI selection.
• Coordinating analytical implementation and gathering requirements.
• Processing data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy in reports.
• Building clear management dashboards to support business decisions.
• Maintaining data models, measures, and reporting logic in Power BI.
• Publishing reports in Power BI Service and optimizing refresh processes.
• Collaborating with users, analysts, and data teams to define KPIs and structures.
