Job summary

Insightland in Poland seeks a Power BI analyst with a consulting mindset to design, build, and deploy dashboards for external clients. You will lead client meetings, map needs to KPIs, and translate requirements into robust reporting. You’ll work with Databricks as a primary data source and own data models, measures, and visuals from end to end.

You should be fluent in Polish and English, possess PM skills, and take pride in quality, autonomy, and practical reporting decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with Power BI report and dashboard development.
• Experience working directly with business clients and conducting status updates/meetings.
• Well-developed organizational and PM skills for independent project delivery.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate chaos into structured data frameworks.
• Fluent Polish and English communication.
