Hikrobot is seeking a technical support specialist in Poland for AMR/AGV and warehouse automation. You will install, configure, commission and troubleshoot systems, providing onsite and remote assistance to customers.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions. You will work with R&D, Sales and Project Delivery to improve reliability, provide training on operations and maintenance, and prepare documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in automation or related technical field.
• 1–3 years in technical support, field service or industrial automation.
• Experience with AMR/AGV and warehouse automation systems.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

• Provide technical support for AMR/AGV and warehouse systems, including installation, configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting.

• Support testing, verification and customer acceptance activities.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical support, field service, industrial automation, robotics, or a related technical field.
• Good understanding of AMR/AGV systems, warehouse automation, and basic electrical, mechanical, and software troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical problem-solving.
• Familiarity with industrial communication networks, PLC systems, Linux, or Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and good communication abilities.
• Able to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams in an international environment, with willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Fluent in Polish and Mandarin, with good working proficiency in English.
