Geek+ is seeking a Support and Maintenance Engineer to join our robotics-focused team in Wrocław. You will respond to tickets involving mechanical, electrical, and software issues on robots, diagnose faults, and drive solutions with regional engineers through to closure.

A Bachelor’s degree (preferably CS or Mechatronics), strong problem-solving and customer service mindset, ability to travel, and fluency in English and Chinese are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or Mechatronics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn new skills and analyze/solve problems independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to support tickets involving mechanical, electrical, and software issues with robots.
• Analyse faults, develop solutions for regional engineers, and follow up through to resolution and ticket closure.
• Train maintenance and implementation engineers in robot repair and troubleshooting.
• Regularly review recurring issues and recommend improvements to products, implementation processes, and service delivery.
• Prepare reports and documentation required by the department or customers.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or Mechatronics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn new skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve problems independently, a strong customer service mindset, and good hands-on technical skills
• A strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages
