Job summary

Hikrobot is seeking a technical support specialist in Poland for AMR/AGV and warehouse automation. You will install, configure, commission and troubleshoot systems, providing onsite and remote assistance to customers.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions. You will work with R&D, Sales and Project Delivery to improve reliability, provide training on operations and maintenance, and prepare documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in automation or related technical field.
1–3 years in technical support, field service or industrial automation.
Experience with AMR/AGV and warehouse automation systems.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for AMR/AGV and warehouse systems, including installation, configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting.
Deliver onsite and remote assistance diagnosing hardware, software and system issues.
Support testing, verification and customer acceptance activities.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
Work with R&D, Sales and Project Delivery to resolve complex problems and improve reliability.
Provide training on operation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Prepare technical documentation, service reports and troubleshooting records.
Coordinate with local and China-based teams for timely issue resolution.
