Trane Technologies Poland in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Air Handling Units sales professional to join our Sales Team. You will drive sales and business development across Poland with a focus on Warsaw, delivering customer value through technical and commercial expertise.

Key requirements include a minimum of four years in technical sales of AHU products, an engineering degree (Mechanical or HVAC), strong technical knowledge, and willingness to travel about 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of technical sales experience in AHU products.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical/HVAC or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of AHU products and solutions.
• Willingness to travel about 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• New business development of AHU market in Poland with accountability for the sales budget.
• Collaborate with Sales Leader to develop a regional business plan.
• Coordinate with regional and national colleagues to grow AHU products in the market.
• Build and manage a customer portfolio and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend best solutions based on site surveys.
• Prepare quotations for AHU products and follow up with customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and participate in sales/technical meetings.
