Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading continuous improvement and AI transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in business operations (e.g., Copilot, Agents) and related platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to translate tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end continuous improvement and AI transformation projects.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities, develop AI-driven solutions, manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Promote AI adoption with practical use cases and success stories.
• Deliver cost-effective solutions using automation and AI tools to drive efficiency.
• Facilitate business process workshops to identify inefficiencies and AI opportunities.
• Advise on best practices in AI and assess implementation potential in Kraków.
• Champion AI and operational excellence, fostering innovation and learning.
