Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in Kraków seeks an Internal Controls Testing Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will assess design and operating effectiveness of control activities under the ICIF framework and support AI-enabled testing workflows.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across locations, deliver testing artifacts on time, and help enhance the ZICTT Agentic AI solution while upholding Zurich methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of postgraduate experience in Internal Controls, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, or related area.
• Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes, Information Security, IT Audit/Governance, Risk & Compliance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal controls testing activities for assigned Reporting Units using the ZICTT Agentic AI solution.
• Support Senior Specialists in analyzing financial reporting risks and control effectiveness.
• Test sensitive controls involving confidential evidence and information.
• Collaborate with Internal Controls Managers and Control Owners and address questions.
• Ensure testing deliverables meet Zurich methodology and deadlines.
• Support testing-related projects and contribute to AI solution enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and expand AI usage.
