Zurich Insurance in Kraków is seeking an experienced Process Improvement and AI Implementation Manager to drive AI-enabled transformation across Shared Services. You will lead initiatives from concept to execution, embedding AI into daily operations and promoting a culture of innovation.

The role focuses on financial accounting, planning, HR, administration, and procurement, with a hybrid work model and a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement and/or AI transformation projects.
• Experience with AI concepts and hands-on use of AI tools in business operations (e.g., Copilot, Agents, ML/AI models).
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Awareness of Lean, Six Sigma or similar process-improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Evidence of passion for innovation and digital change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end continuous improvement and AI transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities, develop AI-driven solutions, and manage cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Promote AI adoption by sharing practical use cases and success stories.
• Deliver cost-effective solutions using automation, AI tools, and process optimisations across Kraków services.
• Run business process workshops to identify inefficiencies and AI opportunities.
• Provide guidance on AI best practices and assess implementation potential in ZCC Kraków.
