As an Process Improvement and AI Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Shared Services Leadership Team in Kraków, driving both continuous improvement and AI-enabled transformation initiatives across multiple services & processes. These include but are not limited to: Financial Services (e.g. Financial Accounting, Performance & Planning Management), HR, Administration, Procurement, and other business operations functions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our operations by embedding artificial intelligence into business processes, promoting a culture of innovation, and collaborating with business partners across Zurich Insurance Ltd. to share best practices and influence long-term continuous improvement strategy.

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.
This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
