Job summary

You will lead end-to-end initiatives, embed AI into business operations, and collaborate with Zurich partners to shape long-term improvement strategy. This role emphasizes innovation and practical AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading continuous improvement and AI transformation projects.
• Stakeholder management experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to translate tech concepts into business value.
• Passion for innovation and digital change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end continuous improvement and AI transformation projects, from concept to execution.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities, develop AI-driven solutions, and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Promote AI adoption across the organisation with practical use cases and success stories.
• Deliver tailored, cost-effective solutions using automation, Agentic AI, Power Apps, Copilot, and related tools.
• Facilitate process workshops to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-driven optimisation.
• Provide guidance on best AI practices and scale adoption across ZCC Kraków and business units.
