Job summary

Qualifications

7-10+ years in process design and operating model transformation.
Experience with cross-functional stakeholders in agile or product-centric environments.
Delivery of process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of operating model design and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to analyze data within operational processes and derive insights.
Exposure to AI-enabled transformation initiatives is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of process re-engineering within large-scale transformation programs.
Translate objectives into detailed delivery plans leveraging AI, automation, and digital capabilities.
Identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities across end-to-end processes.
