Job summary

SupportYourApp seeks a Senior AI Innovation Engineer to lead our AI transformation journey—turning ideas into revenue-generating solutions. You'll combine founder’s mindset with commercial ownership, driving pilots and scalable services across Sales, Product, and Delivery.

You’ll shape strategy, build AI-powered offerings beyond headcount models, prototype and scale from PoC to deployment, and define reusable AI components such as knowledge bases, copilots, QA automation, and intelligent

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience (Head or Lead level)
Strong commercial mindset with margins and revenue impact
Solid understanding of AI, LLMs, and automation workflows
English level at least B2
Experience aligning cross-functional teams
Hands-on testing through pilots and structured validation
Data-driven decision making
High ownership mentality and structured thinking

Responsibilities

Strategy Execution & Acceleration: own and drive AI transformation strategy
Product & Solution Development: contribute to AI-powered offerings and scale from PoC to deployment
Commercial Impact & Revenue Ownership: own revenue targets for innovation offerings
Process Building & Operational Design: establish workflows, governance, and success metrics
Internal Transformation: drive AI agents into internal workflows and identify automation opportunities
