• Experience leading digital transformation, innovation, AI, data, or product leadership.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
• Experience with cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Fluent English and international work experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital innovation and AI strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Establish governance, performance metrics, and ROI tracking for innovation projects.

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable digital solutions.
