Job summary

SupportYourApp is an international Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company helping IT teams optimize customer experiences. We are seeking a CX Solutions Consultant to transform business processes into AI-powered, automated solutions and to apply AI in real-world operations.

You will evaluate client support platforms, develop AI readiness roadmaps, and design scalable automation strategies tailored to each client’s tech stack and goals. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 1+ year designing AI-driven automation for customer support.
• Strong understanding of ticketing workflows and KPIs (CSAT, FCR, AHT).
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or Intercom and their AI features.
• Knowledge of AI applications in customer support (chatbots, NLP, auto-triage).
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' existing support platforms and automation maturity.
• Develop AI readiness assessments and roadmaps.
• Identify AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and experience.
• Conduct structured discovery and audit sessions with clients.
• Design scalable workflows and automation strategies.
• Translate technical findings into executive-ready deliverables.
• Analyze workflows, volume patterns, and escalation paths.
