Job summary

Transition Technologies PSC is seeking an AI Coach to lead adoption of AI across software engineering and DevOps. You will coach developers, engineers, architects, and leaders, promoting best practices, governance, and secure AI usage while accelerating AI-enabled improvements in delivery and quality.

The role combines hands-on coaching, training, and change management to scale AI solutions across SDLC, measure value realization, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years in a technical role (software/dev/DevOps)
• Strong ability to coach and train diverse audiences
• Experience with AI-powered engineering tools
• Solid understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of AI governance, security and compliance
• Ability to design AI workflows, prompts, and reusable solutions
• Experience communicating ROI and value realization of AI initiatives
• Familiarity with AI tooling in large enterprise settings

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption initiatives across software engineering, DevOps, and platform teams
• Conduct trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions to improve AI tool usage
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders in AI-powered development
• Promote AI literacy and embed AI in daily workflows
• Drive AI SDLC transformations from requirements through operations
• Define standards, guidelines, and governance for responsible AI use
• Measure adoption outcomes, ROI, KPIs, and report progress to executives
