Hitachi Energy Poland Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Solution Architect (Software Engineering) to define architectures for strategic initiatives and to guide platform evolution.

You will collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders and Global IT to ensure scalable, maintainable systems that are ready for future challenges. You will lead architectural discussions, document standards, evaluate new technologies including AI, and drive adoption of modern software engineering practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years leading technical initiatives or cross-team projects.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Azure and modern application platforms.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies in large-scale environments.
• Experience applying Generative AI in enterprise settings.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional organizations.
• Architecture or related certifications are a plus.
