Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Kraków seeks an AI Opportunity Lead to identify and shape AI opportunities, converting them into focused validation questions within the DAAI organization.

You will coordinate validations, collaborate with AI researchers and external partners, and influence stakeholders while shaping new team processes. The role requires 3+ years in technology strategy or program management, a passion for AI, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for AI and hands-on use of tools.
• 3+ years of experience in innovation, technology opportunity development, product or program management, AI, or strategy.
• Strong working knowledge of current AI with practical usage.
• Ability to frame unclear ideas as focused, evidenced questions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape AI opportunities and convert them into validation questions.
• Coordinate validations across the team and build a concise pipeline.
• Partner with AI researchers and vendor/support teams within governance rules.
• Help establish working practices and stakeholder interfaces for the new team.
