Job summary

Viktor in Warsaw is seeking a proactive customer support specialist to join our on-site team and own tier-1 support for our AI assistant product. You will reproduce issues, read logs, write clear bug reports, and communicate with engineers, all in fluent English.

You’ll join a small, fast-moving team, work on on-call rotations including weekends, and help turn outages into actionable product insights. Prior SaaS support experience and curiosity about how software breaks are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on written support at a SaaS or tech company.
• Outstanding written English and clear, professional spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own tier-1 support: triage, reproduce, resolve or escalate with a clean repro.
• Read logs, test workarounds, and write bug reports for engineering action.
• Turn ticket noise into trend maps that feed product insights.
