You own onboarding, activation, and post-launch improvements, talk to users, shape problems, and move metrics. You will work directly with founders, design, and growth, shipping quickly to create real ownership and impact.

• Shipped a real product end to end.
• Experience with product discovery and UX judgement.
• Ability to talk to users and shape problems.
• Owning outcomes, not tickets.

Responsibilities

• Define UX for managing AI employees and build it end to end.
• Ship the product from frontend to backend in Slack/Teams/web/desktop/mobile.
• Own onboarding and activation to minimize churn.
• Identify and fix drop-offs after launch to improve retention.
• Lead product decisions with minimal guidance, writing specs when needed.
