Job summary

Viktor in Warsaw is seeking a customer-facing role that blends consulting with hands-on Viktor optimization. You will sit with clients, map how they operate, and propose the next three to five Viktor-enabled tasks that can be adopted. This is an on-site role based in Warsaw.

You’ll run sessions, turn a single workflow into multiple Viktor-owned tasks, and lead webinars to share learnings across customers. You’ll also take over accounts after onboarding to grow Viktor adoption.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in a role that teaches you to structure messy problems fast (e.g., consulting, banking, startup ops, or a customer-facing SaaS role).
• You’re comfortable presenting to founders or heads of finance within minutes.
• AI-native: you already hand real work to AI tools and can show us how.

Responsibilities

• Run working sessions with customer teams to review Viktor usage, identify gaps, and set up improvements live.
• Turn one workflow into five Viktor-owned tasks and show how they connect.
• Host webinars and group sessions to share best practices across customers.
• Take over accounts from AEs after onboarding and own relationships to drive broader Viktor adoption.
• Document what works and what stalls so product can act on it.
