Job summary

Magentateam seeks a strategic AI advocate to shape the organization’s AI strategy, coordinate cross-functional programs, and manage strategic AI partnerships. You will collaborate with international teams to align priorities, monitor milestones, and drive adoption across technology and business units.

You will also organize AI workshops, promote knowledge sharing, and help define ROI metrics for AI initiatives within a large, global organization.

Qualifications

• Must have: university degree in business, tech, engineering, AI, CS; strong interest in AI; excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills; analytical mindset; strong communication; ability to manage multiple initiatives; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support development and evolution of the organization's AI strategy and operating model.
• Help shape AI programs by coordinating activities across business and technology areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, objectives, and implementation plans.
• Manage Strategic AI Partnerships: coordinate vendor engagements, support contract processes, monitor milestones, risks.
• Analyze the AI market and assess emerging solutions against internal capabilities and business needs.
• Evaluate AI-powered tools and platforms for software engineering and technology teams.
• Contribute to ROI assessment frameworks and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Support governance processes related to software licensing and AI platform adoption.
• Build Communities & Drive Engagement: organize AI-focused workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders; track actions and follow-ups.
