You’ll present AI and software development outsourcing solutions, build long-term relationships with tech buyers, and collaborate with technical teams to shape proposals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B IT sales experience (must-have).
• Strong, hands-on experience using AI and AI tools (must-have).
• Proven experience selling software development outsourcing – must-have.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software development and AI space.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell software development outsourcing and AI-powered solutions.
• Present and run AI and technology demos for prospective clients.
• Understand clients' business needs and translate them into relevant technology solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals and solutions.
• Work with the marketing team on lead generation and sales initiatives.
• Build and manage outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Use CRM, sales automation, prospecting and AI tools to support your sales work.
• Attend industry events and conferences approximately once per quarter or more frequently
• Represent Scalac and build new business relationships
• Stay up to date with the latest AI tools, technologies and trends
