Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to join our Poland team remotely. You will lead AI-driven automation efforts, design scalable solutions, and own the delivery of complex integrations across our ops tech stack.

In this hands-on role, you will translate business requirements into technical designs, drive two-week sprint cycles, and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering. Remote-friendly with strong growth opportunities and access to advanced AI tools.

Qualifications

Experience leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development and automate tasks.
Experience connecting disparate systems via REST APIs to build cohesive ecosystems.
Strong scripting experience across common shells and languages.
Hands-on Azure platform experience (Function Apps, Automation Accounts, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps).
Experience working in Agile operations and using Zendesk for ticketing.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs from scratch.
Strong problem solving and independent work capability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate).
Data manipulation and scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, SQL).
Python coding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end health, stability, and scalability of operational systems and tools.
Manage and optimize Zendesk ticketing ecosystem, workflows, integrations, and automation.
Lead design and development of automated, self-service AI-driven solutions to reduce manual tasks.
Resolve complex technical issues from investigation to permanent fix.
Plan work within two-week sprint cycles balancing reliability with improvement and innovation.
Design, build, and maintain system integrations and platform capabilities for Operations and CX.
Leverage AI capabilities to enhance system intelligence and automation in decisions.
Identify and transform manual processes into scalable AI-driven workflows.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into tech solutions.
Ensure internal tools are reliable, observable, secure, and evolving through proactive monitoring.
