Job summary

DCG is seeking a System Analyst to collaborate with Product and Delivery to translate requirements into actionable features and outcomes. You will map business processes, shape requirements, and ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational goals.

You will create wireframes, contribute to architecture, and coordinate with cross-functional teams while leveraging AI tools to enhance discovery, prototyping and validation. The role emphasizes documentation and backlog governance.

Qualifications

• Proven business analysis experience on digital products in agile teams.
• Strong business process mapping and systems analysis, including integrations and APIs.
• Able to progress analysis while requirements are evolving, keeping assumptions and decisions clearly recorded.
• Communicates with clear, concise written English and has strong business and technical diagramming skills.
• Experience working with external vendors, offshore or nearshore development teams and third party suppliers.
• Uses agentic AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode) as a normal part of daily work; builds repeatable AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product on their requirements, often shaping them, then break them down into features, stories and other deliverables.
• Map current and future business processes and their impact on systems.
• Ensure the solution serves users and runs with Process, Product and Operations alignment.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
• Contribute to solution architecture by modelling system behaviour and defining non-functional requirements.
• Maintain the team backlog and help shape longer-term roadmap with Delivery leadership.
• Gather estimates with the delivery team and SMEs for each stage of readiness.
• Coordinate stories, scope and dependencies with other analysts and architects.
• Work with external vendors and partner teams on requirements and timelines.
• Involve business and product reps on UAT and post-release feedback; translate into backlog actions.
• Keep documentation and decision logs up to date.
