Job summary

Assembly Poland division is seeking a Paid Search Manager to lead a team of Senior/Account Executives, optimize AI-powered paid search campaigns, and deliver strong performance for multi-market clients.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and client communications, leveraging Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and ADS360 to extract insights and drive growth in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid search campaigns for multi-market clients and ensure objectives are met.
• Lead a team of Senior/Account Executives and provide development feedback.
• Collaborate with clients, media owners and tech partners to drive performance.
• Own reporting, forecasting and budget oversight with high accuracy.
