Job summary

Virtusa is launching the AI Labz program—a training track for graduates to start a career in artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science, with a pathway to join the company after completion.

The 10-week program combines online and in-person sessions in Warsaw, with up to three days per week at the office, and a contract of mandate. You will work on real-world projects, developing ML models and gaining exposure to Deep Learning and Generative AI practices.

Qualifications

• Graduates with CS degree, or pursuing a Master’s degree.
• Strong interest in AI, ML, data science and related fields.
• Willing to learn and participate in the AI Labz program.

Responsibilities

• Analyze natural language and quantitative problems to produce ML models/solutions.
• Optimize existing ML models and solutions.
• Understand business problems and explore new domains including finance, insurance, etc.

We are looking for Computer Science graduates (ideally those who have completed their Bachelor’s degree or are currently pursuing a Master’s degree) who have a strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or related fields.

Virtusa is launching the AI Labz program—a series of training sessions (both in-person and online) designed to prepare graduates for a career in AI, with the opportunity to join our company upon completion.

We offer a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)

The training lasts 10 weeks and includes both online and in-person sessions (up to 3 days a week at our Warsaw office).

Requirements

Key responsibilities:

• Ability to analyze natural language and quantitative problems to produce Machine Learning based models/solutions.
• Optimization of existing machine learning models and solutions.
• Comprehensive analysis and understanding of a business problem statement, passion and willingness to explore and learn domains including finance, insurance etc.
• Research and implement solutions that will include Deep Learning, Generative AI, Agentic architecture based implementations, fine tuning of small language models.
• Keeping abreast of AI and ML models and their applicability in real world context
• Implement solutions with explainability and optimized performance
