Responsibilities

• Дизайн, обучение и оптимизация моделей машинного обучения и глубокого обучения для продакшн-систем.
• Разработка и оценка алгоритмов.
• Реализация архитектур нейронных сетей.
• Предобработка данных и извлечение признаков.
• Проведение экспериментов для повышения точности моделей.
• Сотрудничество с дата-сайентистами, инженерами ПО и продуктовой командой для интеграции моделей в продакшн.
• Мониторинг производительности моделей и устранение проблем.
• Родительский код и документация решений.
• Наставничество младших сотрудников.
• Участие в архитектурных и технических решениях проектов.

The company works with clients across the full AI lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance, collaborates with leading technology providers, and develops proprietary solutions such as the GenAI accelerator ragbits.

Задачи

• Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production-grade AI systems;
• Develop and evaluate algorithms;
• Implement neural network architectures;
• Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering;
• Conduct experiments to improve model performance;
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate models into production environments;
• Monitor model performance and address technical challenges;
• Review code and document solutions;
• Mentor less experienced team members;
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions across projects.

Требования

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with experience designing efficient, scalable solutions;
• Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including practical experience building and deploying deep learning models;
• Solid understanding of Statistics and applied mathematical methods used in machine learning and data analysis;
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML, such as Python, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar;
• Experience taking ML models from prototype to production, including CI/CD practices, testing, and monitoring in cloud or on-prem environments;
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, interest in generative AI and large-scale ML systems.
