Integral Solutions - Data & AI in Warsaw is looking for a Machine Learning Developer with over 3 years of experience. The role includes creating MLOps pipelines and automating CI/CD processes dedicated to machine learning solutions.

Ideal candidates will have technical education in Computer Science or Mathematics, excellent Python skills, and experience with cloud technologies, especially GCP. The position offers a B2B contract and many additional perks, including private health insurance and company events.

Machine Learning Developer

Location: Hybrydowo, Warszawa - hybrid office, minimum 1 day per month in office.

Employment: Full‑time, B2B contract, 16,000-21,000 PLN per month.

Experience: 3+ years.

Responsibility

• Creating and developing MLOps pipelines covering training, deployment, and monitoring of ML/AI models.
• Automating CI/CD processes dedicated to machine learning solutions.
• Scaling and optimizing model training in cloud environments (experience with GCP is especially welcome).
• Monitoring model performance, detecting drift, adapting, and retraining.
• Collaborating closely with Data Scientists and software engineers to implement AI solutions.

Requirements

• Technical education (preferred fields: computer science, mathematics or related).
• Excellent proficiency in Python and the data science ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in distributed machine learning projects.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, and practical understanding of AI applications in decision systems.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Cloud solution experience (preferred GCP platform).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Knowledge of popular ML libraries (xgboost, h2o, scikit‑learn, Kedro).
• Experience building systems solving complex optimization tasks (non‑linear, integer).
• Experience building web interfaces and services (HTML, FastAPI, Streamlit).
