Job summary

DAC.digital Group seeks an experienced AI/ML engineer to contribute hands-on to commercial projects and lead ML/Agentic AI work. You will deliver production-grade inference services and ML infrastructure while guiding project architecture and strategy.

The role welcomes strong ML, CV and Agentic AI expertise with a proactive, can-do attitude. Remote work is possible, or on-site at the Gdańsk office, with focus on delivering customer value.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer who will take part in commercial projects serving as hands‑on help in implementation oriented on delivering value for our customers, but also with the ability to lead the ML and/or Agentic AI part of the project. We look for someone who combines strong machine learning expertise with hands‑on experience building scalable, production‑grade inference services and ML infrastructure.

Key information:

• 24 000 – 28 000 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract
• 21 000 –24 500 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:

• 7 years of experience in software engineering/research, with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Machine Learning and track record in prodAgentic AI;
• proven track record in Computer Vision and Agentic AI;
• can‑do and proactive attitude;

We will be more than happy if you have:

• experience with Edge AI deployment and neural network optimization.
• strong proficiency in AWS/Azure, Pytest, VSCode, DVC, Experiment tracking framework (DVC studio, MLFlow, W&B, or similar);
• familiarity with the Computer Vision ML stack (OpenCV, Torch Vision, TensorRT, Vision Transformers);
• Agentic AI stack (Agno, LangChain+LangGraph, Arize Phoenix/LangFuse/LangSmith, Milvus/Qdrant, LlamaIndex), together with multi‑modal ML methods.

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• estimating new projects;
• hands‑on implementation of the code;
• planning the architecture and implementation for AI projects;
• contributing to the company‑wide AI strategy;
• supervising the implementation of the projects;
• participating in the promotional activities of the company;
• participating in knowledge‑sharing activities.
