Job summary

Viktor in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Senior Performance & Marketing Designer to own production-level marketing visuals. You will create high-velocity ad creatives, extend the brand system to campaigns, events, and decks, and work closely with the Creative Strategist to ship assets daily.

You bring 5+ years of visual design experience, strong illustration and art-direction instincts, and hands-on AI workflows. Expect fast-paced, hands-on ownership across ads, decks, social, and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in visual design across agencies, studios, or in-house teams.
• You're excited by high-velocity creative production and comfortable producing a high volume of ads.
• You can work inside an established brand system without fighting it, and you know when to stretch it.
• Strong illustration and art-direction instincts.
• Hands-on AI use across your full workflow: ideation, generation, automation, internal tooling.

Responsibilities

• Ads: 80-90% of your time will be spent creating high-volume static and motion ad creative against real budget, with quick turnarounds.
• Brand execution: adapt and extend the visual system within the brand book.
• Campaigns & social: daily briefs, quick turnarounds, statics, simple animations, short video, blog/editorial.
• Decks & templates: equip sales, success, and founders with decks and templates.
• Events: booth signage, swag, and on-site visuals across print and digital.
• Product visuals: redraw product screens for marketing (no UI work).
