Job summary

Viktor is seeking a hands-on product/marketing technologist to own the marketing stack and automation. You will select, connect, and pay for tools, and build the parts we can’t buy on Viktor itself.

You will be hands-on with AI-powered tooling, own marketing data flows, and report to the CMO. This role is based in part in Warsaw with remote options for some roles.

As the company grows, you’ll own marketing systems and have the opportunity to help lead a martech function.

Qualifications

• You've shipped tools or agents with AI and fixed them when they break.
• You've owned a modern marketing stack for 3+ years at a fast-moving company.
• You've built something nobody asked for as a founder, on a side project or at an early startup.
• You ship good enough today and know when to choose a ready-made tool over a custom build.
• You can turn a messy ask from a marketing leader into something the team uses weekly.

Responsibilities

• Sit with program leads to find manual work to automate.
• Own the marketing stack (Viktor, PostHog, Clay, Hex, ad platforms) and decide what to keep or build.
• Build apps, agents and scheduled workflows on Viktor with clear documentation.
• Keep data joined from marketing activity to signups with attribution owned by Data Science.
