Job summary

Logifuture is seeking a Software Development Manager to oversee multiple Agile Scrum teams and drive the delivery of high-quality software. You will mentor engineers, ensure Agile practices, and collaborate with product owners to align scope with business goals.

Responsibilities include managing timelines and budgets, safeguarding code quality, and leading AI tooling adoption across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience managing software development teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Agile tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and technologies relevant to the company’s projects.
• Experience with AI tooling uptake within engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams with hands-on guidance and mentorship.
• Drive Agile delivery and ensure sprint goals alignment across teams.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and timelines; manage budgets.
• Safeguard the quality and scalability of software solutions; promote testing best practices.
• Lead the adoption of AI tooling across the SDLC and upskill engineers.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement; report risks to management.
