Job summary

LTM in Poland seeks a Programme Director / Program Delivery Executive to own end-to-end delivery of complex customer programs. You will govern milestones, manage risks, and ensure value delivery within a fast-moving, AI-enabled delivery model.

Qualifications

Senior Program Director or Delivery Executive background in enterprise contexts.
Strong governance and milestone-driven delivery expertise.
Commercial ownership including NRR, ARR, account growth and margin management.
Insurance domain expertise preferred/expected.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery Ownership from initiation to closure across multiple workstreams.
Define and track time-to-value baselines and progress at each milestone.
Lead AI-led SaaS delivery velocity and balance configuration vs customization.
Own commercial outcomes in partnership with Customer Success (NRR/ARR).
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during delivery and translate into pipeline.
Operate an AI-native execution model with governance, risk, and documentation outputs.
Define, manage, and track milestones with clear done definitions and customer acceptance.
Ensure milestone-based billing aligns with delivery and commercial triggers.
Maintain live risk & dependency registers and mitigate issues early.
Develop deep insurance domain understanding and articulate the Autonomous Insurer thesis.
