Scalis LLC is seeking a Middle+ Project Manager to lead initiatives involving innovative AI and technology solutions. You will own projects from discovery to delivery, coordinating business and technical teams to understand stakeholder needs, shape requirements, and drive implementation of technology and process improvements.

The role focuses on end-to-end project ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and effective change management, ensuring outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience leading end-to-end projects.
• Experience in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users.
• Experience with AI-powered products or AI-enabled business processes.
• Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments, ensuring goals are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable project requirements.
• Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations.
• Organize the work of cross-functional business and technical teams, including scope, priorities, and backlog.
• Lead implementation and change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption.
• Coordinate the integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions.
