Job summary

Scalis LLC seeks a Middle+ Project Manager to lead AI and technology-driven projects. You will own end-to-end delivery, shaping requirements and driving implementation across business and technical teams.

You will analyze workflows, optimize processes, and manage stakeholders through the project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering value with technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience leading end-to-end projects.
• Experience in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users.
• Experience with AI-powered products or AI-enabled processes.
• Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced).
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management is a plus.
• Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate across departments, ensuring goals are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable project requirements.
• Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations.
• Organize the work of cross-functional business and technical teams, including scope, priorities, and backlog.
• Lead implementation and change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption.
• Coordinate the integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions.

This role is focused on project ownership and delivery, working across business and technical teams to understand stakeholder needs, shape requirements, and drive the implementation of technology and process improvements.

• Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management

• Experience working in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users
• Experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes
• Hands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows, with proven implementation beyond development processes and default SDLC processes
• Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level)
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management is a plus
• Proficiency in no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus
