Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager focused on performance marketing and AI-driven optimization. You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while driving AI-powered reporting and automation initiatives.

You will analyze marketing KPIs, build dashboards, and develop AI agents and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. English and German at least B2 level are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• English and German at least B2 level.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads; other platforms preferred.
• Experience analyzing KPIs and deriving optimisation actions.
• Curiosity about AI; experiment with AI tools and develop automations.
• Basic technical understanding: API, webhook, JSON; some scripting welcomed.
• Initiative, reliability, ownership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conception, implementation and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok or comparable channels.
• Monitoring and analysis of campaign, website and CRM data and deriving concrete recommendations for action; building and using performance dashboards for reporting.
• Building AI agents and workflows with tools such as Copilot, GPTs, Claude, n8n, Zapier or comparable solutions for campaign management, asset generation & management as well as reporting and analysis.
• Support in developing new AI-based services and offerings for clients.
• Active knowledge sharing within the team and helping to shape best practices for AI in digital marketing.
