Job summary

Viktor is building a paid acquisition discipline with Google as a core channel. You will own the Google Ads account, from strategy to execution, across Search, YouTube, and Performance Max, while using AI tooling to scale results.

Day-to-day you’ll experiment, optimize the funnel from ad click to signup, and report on CAC and pipeline contribution. You’ll report to the Head of Performance Marketing in a fast-growing AI-native SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years (up to 3) of hands-on Google Ads experience at a web-based SaaS or ecommerce company.
• Direct media buyer with campaigns owned and results on you.
• Able to think about the entire conversion path from ad to signup to paying.
• Data-driven decision making and comfort reading platform metrics.
• AI-native daily workflow using tools to enhance output.

Responsibilities

• Run the Google Ads account hands-on, including Search, PMax assets, and YouTube.
• Run landing page and conversion path experiments alongside the ad work.
• Lead weekly experiments with hypotheses and documented results.
• Handle measurement and attribution, including enhanced conversions and offline conversions.
• Build and maintain keyword, audience, and asset libraries; push data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with the Lead on budget and priorities; push back when data indicates it.
