Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Business Analyst to turn AI opportunities into designed solutions within its REMS delivery. You will lead discovery, map processes, and build data baselines, preparing requirements, assumptions and plan inputs for approved designs.

Based in a remote Warsaw setting, you will collaborate with AI agents, support tests, and maintain documentation adherence across teams while shaping reusable templates and patterns.

Qualifications

• Essential 5+ years in business analysis, process improvement or transformation delivery.
• Process mapping to a recognised notation or standard.
• Requirements elicitation and writing including interviews and user stories.
• Quantitative analysis using Excel to build baselines from data.
• Ability to run discovery conversations with experienced staff.
• Comfort with fast, agile work and incomplete information.
• Understanding of AI and automation and its limits.
• Experience working with AI agents in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with business teams through interviews and workshops.
• Map current and target processes to the standard; record volumes and cycles.
• Build quantitative baselines from time, volume and cost data.
• Prepare model inputs, run sensitivity checks, support benefit case.
• Write BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria for automation.
• Prepare inputs to implementation plan including changes and dependencies.
• Support UAT and rollout; capture adoption and usage data.
• Check AI agent outputs against source material before business use.
• Maintain consistent documentation across teams and vendors.
• Contribute to reusable templates and design patterns.
