Job summary

Samsung Kraków is seeking an experienced HR BP to integrate AI and automation into HR processes while maintaining core HR responsibilities.

You will support managers on employee relations, labor law, and talent processes, and design AI-driven workflows. The role blends traditional HRBP duties with hands-on experimentation and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Practical experience implementing AI/automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to managers on employee relations and labor law.
• Implement HR processes, policies, and standards within your business area.
• Coordinate cyclical HR processes including annual performance reviews, talent management, and succession planning.
• Support implementation of business and organizational changes and lead selected HR initiatives.
• Identify HR processes that can be optimized through AI and automation.
• Design and implement practical AI use cases and workflows to solve real-world business needs.
