Job summary

Manago AI, a Kraków-based customer engagement platform, seeks an HR Business Partner to blend HR responsibilities with finance-adjacent tasks and wellbeing initiatives. You will partner with leaders on people processes, payroll collaboration, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Requirements include proven HRBP experience, strong recruitment and payroll know-how, and knowledge of Nordic labor laws, with English fluency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HRBP or similar HR role.
• Strong recruitment, talent acquisition and candidate management.
• Experience with payroll, promotions, and HR policy implementation.
• Experience leading wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Finland and Sweden labor laws; UK law is a plus.
• Basic understanding of finance and invoice handling.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR advisor, supporting business leaders in day-to-day HR matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
• Support organizational changes, including structural adjustments, title changes, and promotions.
• Review and approve salary adjustments, bonuses, and compensation updates.
• Monitor and verify employees’ working hours and attendance records.
• Lead and support employee wellbeing initiatives, programs, and engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Provide guidance on labor laws in Finland and Sweden; knowledge of UK labor law is a plus.
