Job summary

Samsung Kraków is seeking an experienced HR BP to integrate AI and automation into HR processes while maintaining core HR responsibilities.

You will support managers on employee relations, labor law, and talent processes, and design AI-driven workflows. The role blends traditional HRBP duties with hands-on experimentation and cross-border collaboration.

Hybrid model in Cracow Quattro Business Park, three days in the office, benefits and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Practical experience implementing AI/automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

AI & Automation:

• Identify HR processes that can be optimized through AI and automation.
• Design and implement practical AI use cases and workflows to solve real-world business needs.
• Promote the secure and responsible use of AI tools among managers and employees.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-have:

• 5+ years of HR experience (strong focus on soft HR processes)
• Practical experience in implementing AI/automation solutions

Very Important:

• Experience in international organizations
• strong knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering
• the ability to translate business requirements into structured AI workflows.
