Carlsberg Shared Services is seeking an AI Automation Specialist in Poznań to lead AI-driven automation across People & Culture, focusing on SAP Joule and related AI apps. You will act as Product Owner for Joule and other AI-enabled employee-experience solutions, translating strategic priorities into value-driven, scalable solutions.

You will partner with IT, P&C and external vendors to design workflows, ensure governance, and monitor adoption and benefits realization, while also delivering

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise HR technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Joule, across global deployments.
Background in HRIS, automation or digital transformation within large organizations.
Proven ability to translate strategy into AI-enabled employee experience solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead identification, design and governance of AI-driven automation across People & Culture.
Define AI strategy, roadmaps and governance standards for AI solutions.
Partner with process owners to optimize end-to-end HR processes and adoption.
Provide training and change management support to drive adoption and value.
