Job summary

FedEx Global Trade Services (GTS) seeks a Digital Transformation Lead to accelerate our Data, Automation & AI-driven transformation in Europe. You will partner with business leaders, operations, and IT to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and lead change initiatives improving efficiency and customer experience across our global network.

You will collaborate with analysts, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver and adopt transformation initiatives and to promote a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Management, Digital Transformation, or related field.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel within Europe (≈25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives to evolve Global Trade Services into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization.
• Support the development and execution of the GTS digital transformation roadmap.
• Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business needs into transformation opportunities and implementation initiatives.
• Support successful delivery and adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Communicate transformation vision, progress, risks, and achievements.
• Facilitate alignment across functions and geographic regions.
