Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics seeks a senior leader to steer a global Master Data Management transformation portfolio. You will align strategic aims with measurable outcomes, drive multi-workstream execution, and partner with senior leaders to scale delivery worldwide.

You will influence governance, deliver robust program management, and shape enterprise data capabilities across regions while fostering continuous improvement and value realization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation portfolios or programs in global organizations.
• Strong portfolio and program management expertise, including governance, prioritization, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Experience with global business transformations, large-scale rollouts, and complex organizational change initiatives.
• Experience delivering transformation within MDM or enterprise data domains (e.g., master data, data governance).
• Consultancy experience within transformation programs is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a portfolio of strategic MDM initiatives.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, planning, execution, and value realization across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain an integrated view of priorities, dependencies, risks, resources, budgets, and delivery commitments.
• Establish and continuously improve governance frameworks, portfolio standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and transformation success.
• Build scalable delivery capabilities covering project management, migration, testing, change management, training and hypercare.
• Drive organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement for new ways of working.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio risks while ensuring transparency and escalation of issues.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
