Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation portfolios or programs in global organizations.
• Experience with portfolio governance, prioritization, dependency management and executive reporting.
• Experience in MDM, Data Governance, SAP MDG or SAP ERP environments.
• Consultancy background in transformation programs is highly valued.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a portfolio of strategic MDM initiatives.
• Drive planning, execution, and value realization across workstreams.
• Maintain integrated view of priorities, risks, budgets, and delivery commitments.
• Establish governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to enable informed decisions.
• Build scalable delivery capabilities across PM, migration, testing, training, and hypercare.
• Drive organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement.
• Mitigate portfolio risks and ensure transparency.
