Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead for its Global Trade Services in Europe. You will drive data, automation and AI initiatives across the network, partnering with business leaders, operations, technology partners, and SMEs.

This role focuses on identifying opportunities, leading change, and delivering improvements in efficiency, customer experience, and performance. The ideal candidate has strong transformation experience, excellent communication, and willingness to travel in Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluency in English; ability to travel within Europe (≈25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: drive programs that evolve Global Trade Services into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization.
• Connect Business and Technology: translate business needs into transformation opportunities and implementation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: partner with senior leaders to build support and communicate progress, risks, and achievements.
• Enable Organizational Adoption: support change management and develop engagement plans.
• Measure transformation success through defined business outcomes and KPIs.
